The brisket is my favorite, and is cooked tender with a great bark. The fruit wood BBQ has a softer flavor and isn't so harsh like hickory and mesquite that some places use. They also do baby back ribs and pulled pork that is the best around. There are the standard sides like cole slaw, potato salad, and beans, but they also have sweet potatoes with pecans, buttered potatoes, black eyed peas, and more.
