Upon leaving the Watermolen apartment I had lived in for 2 years, I cleaned the apartment very well and expected to get my full security deposit back since there was no damage to anything. As agreed upon, I left a check for 70+ dollars to get the carpet professionally cleaned by a cleaner of their choice. I've never not received a full security deposit back in all of my years of apartment living. A few weeks later, upon receiving my check for my security deposit from Watermolen Apartments, I found it was for $24 (Not at all what I originally put down). They were extremely picky and charged me for cleaning services as well as for stains the carpet company could not get out of the carpet. I feel they were very unfair and would not recommend renting from them. There are enough apartments in Green Bay to choose from that you should not go to a place that is going to rip you off in the end.
Pros: Cheap rent, good neighborhood, garage included.
Cons: The dryers did not work well and took them for ever to replace. The dishwasher in our apartment did not actually clean the dishes, just sanitize them.
