This company employs a woman named Suzanne Brown who consistantly cheats people out of their money. She defrauds the government by submitting falsified paperwork and violating purgury laws. She provides rental units that constitute uninhabitable living conditions that not only violate health codes and ordinances but also state and federal law. She is either completely ignorant to many, many real estate laws, rights, and responsibilities, or she simply does not care. I discourage anyone from using Suzanne Brown as a broker or agent for any of their needs.
