Quality of the products deteriorate rapidly after 1st year or so. The service is ok until you are no longer under service agreement. You then become extremely low priority. Forget about a returned phone call. We've been stuck on payroll days waiting for a repair person more than once now and are down to the wire on time to get printing. Our office relies solely on our Ricoh document centers (2 - 2020D purchase in 2005) and we have become helpless many times due to their not working and untimely service. This is a large purchase for any office and based on importance to your everyday operations, I would seriously consider another product.
