I have seen some really great service at Red Lobster and some of the worst. The problem seems to be that the management does not recognize and reward good service, nor do they discipline or re-train those who provide bad service. Some of the food is phenominal, such as the cheese biscuits, but some is so overcooked and mushy that it reminds one of a Senior Citizens home. The Alfredo sauce is to die for. I wish they would bottle it for sale.
Pros: Cheese biscuits, Alfredo sauce.
Cons: Poor service, badly cooked, mushy food.
