We have been taking our cars here for years and they have always been dependable and friendly. Not too long ago, we had an issue where the car just died and wouldn't start (I thought it was an alternator issue) but in taking the car in, they noted that it was a loose battery cable. They could have charged us for a new alternator, but were honest and told us what was really wrong with the car. They also call to give you the status once they perform the diagnostics and get your authorization to do any further work before they proceed. They will go above and beyond to help you with your needs as one of the parts we needed for our Cadillac was discontinued, but they did the research and found something that would work. I would recommend Perfection Connection to anyone that needs a reliable mechanic. Mark and the technicians always take excellent care of us.
