In regard to the previous review (posted 12/21/2008) we would like to post a response to clear our good name. Expressions has a store policy for futon covers; if you are not happy with a futon cover for any reason, the unused cover in original packaging may be exchange only. This was explained and noted on the customer?s receipt at time of purchase. The customer knew of the policy as stated in their review.
