I took my truck in to Accurate Auto with an extremely well defined and easily reproducible problem -- the truck was hopping horribly at highway speeds.
Pros: Usually answered the phone when I called.
Cons: Mis-diagnosed problem. Charged thousands of dollars for unnecessary repairs. Never fixed the real problem.
