Customer was disgruntled because vehicle's graphic kit we installed experienced car wash damage. We offered the simple solution to ask the car wash to assist in paying for the damage as it clearly was not the fault of the product or the installation process. While we offer a one (1) year Labor and Workmanship Warranty along with the product warranty, damage caused by others are clearly and understandably not covered. Proper care of our graphics and notices in regard to car wash usage is listed on our site and conveyed to each customer as they pickup their vehicle.
