I would like to congratulate your dental office for having someone so competent like Mayte Sanchez (my favorite hygenist) working at this facility of which I have been a patient for many years. I can always count on exceptional service from her on any dental cleanings especially because I go so often (every 3-4 months). I actually look foward to my appointments because its her charisma and professional attitude that makes me feel at ease. If it wasn't for her exceptional service and detailed explanations (yes, I ask many questions)I would not be such a satisfied patient. I have been handed down to many hygenist in your office (in the past)and I was never comftorable with their service and especially their non-reliable service (constant re-scheduling, maternity leave, sickness etc.)On the otherhand with Mayte , she never makes any excuses that might inconvenience me as her patient. She actually goes out of her way and schedules me at a specific time after work due to the nature of my business and that shows how much she actually cares of my well-being, and due to her generosity in the scheduling I actually NEVER miss any of my appointments.
