I just recently signed up for an Exchange My Mail account. Although I already had a similar account with another provider, after seeing the promo for Exchange My Mail on the BlackBerry Forums, I decided to sign up for a trial account in order to compare the services. Due to lack of knowledge on my part, the Exchange My Mail account was slightly harder to set up than the other provider. However, the Exchange My Mail support is outstanding. I sent close to a dozen emails to support asking for help on various subjects - I had questions related to changing the enterprise server activation from one provider to another, questions about moving my contacts, email, calendar, etc from one service to the other, etc. Nearly every one of my questions was sent during the weekend, yet they were all answered within 30 to 60 minutes. The answers provided were concise and contained links to further information/instructions as needed. I plan on being a long term customer of Exchange My Mail and would have no hesitation to recomend them to others who interested in in such a service. more
