Coming from NC, I can say their pulled pork is just like back home, and the hospitality is also like home! The other wanna-be smoke houses in the area should take notes! This is not your stereotypical Texas style BBQ, this is the real Southern deal!
Now if I can only get them to accept the Eastern Carolina sauce and Texas Pete's then it will be just like home!
Pros: Just like home in the South! Not fancy but who cares, the food is GREAT! Just like the BEST Q joints in the South.
Cons: To me, just missing the Eastern NC sauce and Texas Pete's, but other than that, I can't think of any!
