I inherited a water treatment system with the house I purchased a few years ago. Part of the system was Culligan and part Rainsoft. The Rainsoft equipment has had to be worked on several times while the Culligan portion continues on without problems. I recently changed all the equipment to Culligan. The service technician that always comes out is courteous and knowledgeable about the equipment and doesn't try and push sells on me. A great company to deal with.
