I was sent flowers from here and within 2 days, half died. Not only did they not offer to do anything (replace flowers, give the sender a refund or discount for a future order, apologize), they were rude and basically said that it wasn't their problem. It's unfortunate, considering the generally good reveiws of this place. Even if they couldn't repalce the flowers, an apology would have been nice. At the very least, I would have considered using their services again--now, I will not.
