We took our lab to Loomis Basin because her chest was enlarged and she was having trouble breathing. Immediately our vet accused us of abusing her! After two surgeries later, it was discovered that she had inhaled a fox tail and her lung was leaking air into her chest cavity. Frankly, we have stuck with this clinic despite the poor bedside manner and unprofessional customer service, but have finally decide to go elsewhere because our vet is consistently rude and condescending. There are other great vets in town- look around!
