My spouse called for a quote to get our dog's teeth cleaned and was told to bring the dog in for a quotation. I accompanied her when we brought the dog in and they took him from us, weighed him and had us chat in a room with a veternarian for 10 minutes. \r

Upon returning to the desk they quoted us the cleaning and also informed us the consultation we just had was $46.00 payable now or they'd just bill us. \r

Two subsequent calls from my spouse and myself revealed the receptionist "can see how there would be a misunderstanding based upon how" (the receptionist) "may have verbally responded to the request for quote over the phone". "The invoice is still due". \r

We feel tricked into a "consultation". Don't let this happen to you!
