Recently attended a wedding where Simple Simon was the wedding cake provider. The cake was a 4-tier, 4 different flavored cake. The exterior looked like fondant it was so smooth, but was made of colored buttercream icing, and decorated with fresh flowers, that the bride said the bakery put together for them. The almond with raspberry swirl and pumpkin spice with cream cheese filling were the best flavors, and it was nice and moist. The bride said the cake was VERY reasonable, and included so many features other places didn't offer. They also had decorated dipped sugar cookies with the couple's monogram iced on them as a reception snack. I would definately recommend them for taste, appearance, and budget conscience advice!
