I went to a number of bridal shops in the DC area and found this store to have the most rude employees. Before looking at the dresses, I showed the sales associate pictures of dresses I liked and told her the cost range I would like to stay in. Apparently they have nothing under $2000. After that, she was not interested in helping me at all and didn't want me try on any dresses. She then proceeded to tell me I was too large for any of the dresses to try on. Please keep in mind i am a size 6. So, if you have lots of money to spend on a dress and are either a size 0 or 2, feel free to visit the store. If not, don't bother. There are too many other shops with just as wide of a selection in this great city. I would never recommend them to anyone. And, when I talked to friends about my appointment, they all said they had similar experiences or knew someone who had. I am surprised this company is still in business.
