I was very unsatisfied with the results of our accident case! It took 7 months of calling once a week to finally get an offer from the insurance company, once we did have an offer it was insulting! Never once was I allowed to talk to the actual lawyer handling our case.. he always had the paralegal speak with us.. Nicole, the paralegal is great and will have a great future in the law business, however the law firm is a total rip off!
