Defer Tire/Firestone operates in a very professional manner. The ONLY thing I can fault them on is they do not accept American Express, which is the credit card my company uses. Therefore, the minor inconvience for me is to use my own Visa and then get reimbursed by the company. No big deal really. They sold me three excellent tires and put my 'like new' spare on the ground and chose the best one out of my used tires for the spare location. The waiting area is very comfortable with coffee (sugar and cream provided), television and magazines. They also have barstools to sit on if you prefer to 'overwatch' the work being performed on your automobile. Services were excellent, the manager wasn't pushy with additional services but informative. Overall I have nothing negative to say. Oh, he even suggested a less expensive tire where the only difference was blackwall vs. raised lettering. Saved me about $30.00 per tire. Prices were considerably less expensive compared to Tire Kingdo
