I've just completed my 17th phone call to MBFurniture to unravel a series of mysteries concerning my credit card, my special order, delivery dates and various whodunits. \r
Bottome line, the upfront shopping experience at Mathis Brothers is exhilerating -- lots to choose from and seemingly knowledgeable people. However, actually GETTING what you paid for/ordered is a nightmare, especially when dealing with a variety of phone answerers and managers who are "in meetings" any time the customer requests elevation of the concern. If we ever get what we've ordered, we'll never do business with them again, and we were going to furnish a 3,800 sq ft home there. Guess times aren't bad enough for them to earn our business.
