My wife and I went to an Autozone store to purchase a critical hose for our car. Well, they did not have ithe item n stock but were willing to order it with a two day arrival. We needed the part sooner so we drove to Kragen and discovered they had the part in stock. They also provided us with addition information concernong our issue. We fixed the problem and were very happy, Please extend our satisfation to Tom and the other employees at the Redlands store for we will stop there and not Autozone next time. \r
