I would like to start out by saying that I do realize that some people may have bad experiences with a business. In most cases it is because the client is rude, pushy, and plain disrespectful. I don't know about everyone else but I would think that if I was treated this way, I probably wouldn't be the nicest person back. At Patterson Veterinary Hospital the staff does a phenomenal job at serving the pets as well as pet owners. I have experienced many people in my 8 years of veterinary care come into the hospital arguing and demanding that their pet be seen at once. The receptionists do an EXCELLENT job at working everyone in as soon as possible. One woman sitting next to me started complaining because her dog wasn't seen on time, yet she knew that a dog had just come in that was hurt by a car. People like this put a bad name to themselves and try to put a bad name to Patterson Veterinary Hospital. The receptionists as well as a doctor and veterinary technician explained that her dog would be seen as soon as possible. They were quite apologetic for the delay and actually compensated her bill for this delay. They are very professional and clean. The patient rooms are cleaned after every appointment by their friendly kennel-aid staff. They aren't the type that clean and are never seen. They socialize with the clients as well as bring dog and cat treats out for the ""patients."" The doctors explain the procedures that are necessary as well as offering other services like teeth cleaning and vaccinations. They are very informative and I am quite comfortable leaving my ""family member"" in their care. If there is a problem, they are always willing to work things out with the client and they are also very comforting in the death of a pet. The patients are cared for by actual Doctors and not just the kennel staff or even the veterinary technicians. If I had ANYTHING negative to comment on I would, but there is honestly nothing that I can say. I will always take my pets here!
