I rented a piece of equipment from this shop, and requested an additional tool that I needed to complete my home improvement job. However, the tool did not work, so I was unable to complete my project using what I rented from them. Come to find out that they gave me the wrong tool! However any frustration I had over the lack of knowledge by the staff was quickly overcome, because when I returned the machine and I told them what happened, they took the charges for the rental off my bill! So, I will definitely give them another try the next time I have a project to complete! After all, we all make mistakes some time in our lives... but this company is willing to make good on their mistakes, and for that, I am satisfied!
