I have been going to this Rite Aid ever since it has been here in Columbus. Sometime within the last few months, the pharmacy has changed its computer system, making things much slower. Along with this change came a couple new employees. I have noticed every time I go in there to get a refill (the same refill for the last 2 years, by the way) it takes longer and longer. Maybe it's the new system, the newer employees, or a combination of both. I am disappointed to say I will no longer be a customer of theirs. I have been told on numerous occasions it will take 10-15 minutes max to get a refill, while in reality I waited for an hour and a half (such was the case today). I do not appreciate waiting on my prescription while the pharmacist flirts with a new customer, gets all of his information into the computer, and his meds to him, within 10 minutes. 45 minutes later, my meds are ready and I can leave.
