After the sale of this hospital the care went down hill. The new owner prefers the techs (only one remaining is actually certified) to see, treat get meds for animals and she only does a brief hello. If you have to call back about your animal she will not talk to you leaving the techs to do so. All but one remaining tech have less than two years experience working at vet office.
