The frame stylist / manager was horrible and called my husband and I liars. \r
1) My new lens curved out of the frame (why I took them back in).\r
2) Went in to get replacement lens and they indented my frame.\r
3) Went back in to get new lens put in new frame, frame was the wrong color.\r
4) Went back again, frame front over eye was flawed.\r
5) Back again, frame was perfect, but lens was scratched.\r
When my husband took them back in the store, the frame stylist said that I did it and that's why I didn't come back in the store.. I was in the car with a 2 month old baby.
Pros: Dr. was very good
