Very friendly workout environment!! Everyone who has a hand in this facility is extremely welcoming to any person who has a desire to get fit or just be around a wonderful group of people. All the cardio equipment is brand new and in great condition. They have plenty of free weights and many workout machines for every muscle. They also have a great pilates room that offers personal and group pilates classes. The facilities are very clean and always kept up.\r

Clean towels are always available and showers for those who want to workout before the grueling work day! Which is great for me. You don't even have to bring anything, they have everything you would need to get ready....even a hair straightener! There is also a nice, quaint sauna to relax and unwind in as well. The personal trainers here are very friendly and encouraging to anyone who is interested in getting in shape. I've been a member of this gym for a few months now and I have been impressed from day one of their facilities. \r
