Lived in Park at Forbes Creek for over a year and had a number of issues. I supposedly moved into a newly renovated apartment, but there were tons of short cuts taken to get me in on time. For example, some carpet didn't quite go wall to wall, cupboards would run in to eachother, and multiple dishwasher problems. Overall small sized apartment relative to rent.\r

The clubhouse was open about 10% of the total time I was there. Always under construction. \r

The area is less than desirable and cornered off some industrial area short of Totem Lake. It is at least a drive to Juanita or DT Kirkland.\r

The ponds are not well maintained, and although the wildlife is cool, it brings in a ton of insects which seemingly make their way into apartments.\r
