The staff, nurses, and doctors were so nice. I am so glad that I chose Bayview to help me through my pregnancy. They always answered my questions and settled my worries. The only thing I would say i wished that they would have done would to have been more proactive about giving me information about birthing classes, info on pregnancy issues and general questions, info on helpful resources that you could use while pregnant, etc. It was my first pregnancy and I was always the one having to ask them a million questions. They never really gave me a heads up about anything unless I asked them. But they were really nice and informative when I did ask them questions. Just be prepared with a list of questions or concerns ready for your appointments, cause they dont really tell you much if you dont ask! :) Also they say they are doula friendly, but I dont know if all of the doctors or nurses are. So if you want a doula and you want to make a birth plan, make sure to tell them and let them know youre serious about it, cause they just kind of blew us off about the doula and birth plan when we got to the hospital. But they are wonderful caregivers, compassionate, kind, and they always get you in and out on time! So I definitely recommend them!
