Advanta Bank Corp is perhaps the worst, they are the ruin of many small businesses. Their credit card rates start low and within a few months, they go to 37.81%. You cannot speak to anyone in the USA, yes - no problem with India as a call center. They are not willing at all to work with anyone and even if you have never been late on a payment, they will up the rates w/out notice. Stay away, wish them to the field ! Wish them to sink like all other Banks and wish them NO BAIL OUT.
