I know from experience that a good management company saves you a lot more in the long run than what their fees cost not to mention all the headaches they can save you. I have used a lot of property management companies over the years and several management companies in San Antonio before I found Liberty Management. Liberty Management has by far been the best management company that I have used. They have constantly found me great tenants. Also their property surveys with pictures are always great to receive because I can see the condition of the properties.
Pros: They are knowledgeable, professional and have the owners interest at heart
Cons: I only wish they would open up some offices in other cities where I have properties.
