Perfect Pets should be put out of business. They advertised they would not sell puppies - a bold face lie. I admit I did buy a puppy from them , because he was the runt of the litter and not safe w/ all the customers' handling. I took the puppy to the vet as required & he told me the pup had worms that are common to DIRTY pet stores. \r

The store is filthy.. The bird cages are covered with feces, as are the cat cages for felines up for adoption. (Wonder if they get a kick back on that too.) The baby birds in the back are in cramped containers. Most of the time the store STINKS. \r
The people there are nothing but money hungry opportunists . My friend bought an exotic animal & was charged $7/day for boarding... When he got the pet home, the cage was full of excretement & urine. What do they do to earn the boarding fee??? Just another way to rip off the public.\r

I was told the puppy needed eat what he was fed at the store. When I took the him for his vet check, the vet said that this was not the best diet for a puppy & is just expensive garbage!! Perfect Pets is interested in anything for the dollar - not the pets!!!\r
\r
While there used to be some nice people there, most of the staff now is miserable. There is one young lady there who is very nice & 1 older lady who is occasionally nice. The men look & act like clueless drunks incapable of cleaning cages much less caring for animals. There's a woman ( Dana?) who thinks she knows everything about pets. She's not bright & is NASTY all the time. She acts like she can't wait for her next drink/drug.\r

Perfect Pets is a nightmare. They should lose their license to sell/adopt pets as well as their business license in general. Money talks...if we do not shop there, with a bit of luck it will just be a bad memory.
