No manager on property just a girl (Beth) that acts busy but she's really interested in selling you Mary Kay products. The dump is falling apart inside and out. Investment company could care less about the tenants. The City of Farmers Branch is all over them for leaks, repairs. No landscaping, no service just loud jam boxes, fights and police calls regularly. Lots of empty promises from management. There is lots of construction going on because the place is about to cave in. \r

Feel free to do a drive by if you can get past the debris and trash but don't be fooled by the cosmetic paint they are slaping on it Brookhaven Apartment are a dump. They have no standards. Unsafe, loud and trashed out pipes inside and out. Can't wait to move out. They must pay staff minimum wages because they could care less about Brookhaven. There is trash scattered around daily. When you walk out the door you can trip over a diapers and toliet paper. It's the bottom of the barrel. Management has failed on every level.
Cons: Trashed out plumbing and no reliable crew or management just an answering machine
