I went to Colleen for the first time last summer. My hair was very damaged and bleached blond and I had never really been comfortable with dying my hair dark. She convinced me to go dark and it ended up looking great!! She also cut my hair exactly the way I wanted. I, then, went back to her last week with a picture of the cut that I wanted. She exceeded my expectations again and gave me the exact cut in the picture. I really recommend Colleen because she knows what she's doing and will do what she thinks is best for your hair.
