Bought a home,but it came without sinks, countertops, the cabinets I ordered, missing ceramic floors and the roof is incomplete. After 4 months of trying to resolve I have been given nothing but lies and empty promises from the salesperson on up to the manager, installation manager, inspector and ultimately the modular manufacturer, New Era and PennWest. American Homes, Kenn-Schl LLc, New Era and Penn West should not be allowed to do business in the State of New York. Beware..do not believe them! Even if it is in writing they don't keep their word. The State Attorney general has several complaints against them and legal actions taken.

Cons: everything that could go wrong did and worse.
