I had a problem with their contract and when I called they wouldn't discuss it with me. The Customer service Rep I talked to kept repeating"" Are you saying you'd like to cancel"" so they could charge me with a huge cancellation fee. I read through the service contracts and they also had hidden charges that are not clearly defined and they keep trying to get you to sign up for a separate service contract for everything. I should have stayed with General at least they were straight forward in their pricing.
