Last week I was refered to Absolute Music when my saxophone was knocked off it's stand by a member of my band. It was messed up pretty bad. I took it to Absolute Music to have it fixed. When I got there, I was immediately put at ease. It is obvious that these guys know what they are doing. My saxophone literally plays better now than when I first got it. It is amazing.\r

My repair experience was just the begining. While I was looking around the store, I found this cool new stand that folds up more compactly, and holds my sax better. I might not have needed the repair if I had this stand instead of my old one.\r

I purchased the stand and two boxes of my favorite Hemke reeds. The prices on these items were not only fair, but I think a little on the low side. I am sure you can find them cheaper on-line somewhere if you want to pay shipping and wait a week, but who wants to do that?\r

Finally, I was talking to a guy that works there named Steve. This guy knows more about music stuff than anybody I know. But he doesnt come accross like a know-it-all. He's very down to earth, and I felt like I was talking to a close friend. He might just become one if he'll have me. Anyway, I mentioned that my daughter has been making noise about wanting to learn how to play the violin and he mentioned Absolute Music's rent-to-own program. This is exactly what I need. I am a musician. Im not made of money! \r

I don't have wow experiences very often. My now two visits to Absolute Music have both been WOW experiences. I dont write reviews, but I felt it was necessary this time.
Pros: Repair Service, Product Quality and Knowledge, Great Atmosphere
Cons: There is only one store - they need to open more.
