I was inthe market for either a mazda 3, corolla or sx4 crossfire. I went to 4 dealerships personally and called/e-mailed 4 others. This salesman and Cox Mazda called and e-mailed me asking what I was interested in. I told him, he shot me back an e-mail with a great price (3k off a 17k sticker). I went in and test drove the car (mazda 3), they gave me a fair price on a trade in and there was no hassle.
Pros: Relaxed atmosphere, no hassling.
