I would definetly not recommend these people to anyone else. After recommending over 1/2 a dozen people to his shop, I iwll never do it again. These people are very unprofessional and don't appreciate you speaking another language besides English. I was in their shop this weekend and they made a scene because I spoke in Spanish to one of their customers, (who happened to be my friends). They've been lagging their service, i had to wait 15 minutes to get my alarm control set. When it only took about 2 minutes to set it. The other 13 minutes were spent watching one person talk on the phone, another look through, and another re-stoke some shelves. I really did not enjoy my visit to this place and I wouldn't want anyone to have a bad experience with them, so save yourself some time, and frustation and visit any other shop but THIS ONE.\r
