I, being a member for nearly 20 years, have hed no reason to go and look for another credit union. The employees treat me with respect, and a friendly smile every time I go into the credit union. Even the security guard is polite and greets evenyone with a smile. The only thing that might make the place better, I don't know if it really will improve the place, but just a thought. The only thing is that employees are lathargic. One may think that they are in no hurry to help out the customers, or don't care and are only there for the paycheck. While others may think that they move at a slow pace so they make sure that they make no errors. I don't know, maybe just a little pep in the step. Don't go and get all bubbly, but maybe have a good breakfast before they go to work. Or, better yet, breakfast tacos waiting for the early birds, (employees). Or have one of the ealry birds go and get tacos for everyone, once a week or so. I don't know,,,,,, just pep it up some. Maybe someone could tell the employees,,,,,, ""It's time to give a damn! ! ! Our customers are noticing our slow pace and are begining to think that we do not care. If you don't care about our customers, go find a place where you may feel more comfortable, because we are suppose to be here for them. They are the reason we are here. Without our customers, we need not exist. They will close us down. Consolidate locations, and that is not good for anybody. So come alive EVERYBODY. pick up your step. Give a damn. Show our customers we DO CARE. We want their service and we are here for them."" I don't know maybe something like that. \r
When I walk in, I think of that old commercial of the HEINZ ketchup. Remember they would sing ""Anticipation, is making me wait,"" and the ketchup would come out REAL REAL SLOW. Well that is Firstmark. Other then that,,,, go job people.\r
