My wife and I ate here last weekend for the first time and most likely the last time. We didnt hear great things about the restaurant to begin with, but we decided to give it a shot since we are from Texas and really love ""Good Q."" I noticed when we were waiting in line that there was very little organization in the place and the staff seemed very flustered, even though it was not too busy. There didnt seem to be anyone there who was actually managing or supervising the place. We finally ordered this thing called the garbage plate (not the most appealing name) after standing in line for quite a while. Then we had to clean off a dirty table to sit at since no one who worked there seemed to concerned about having clean tables. The food finally came out about 25 minutes later. We really hoped that the wait would be worth it, not so much. The ribs were decent but the brisket and pork were both dry and flavorless, and the sausage was burnt. The sides (mac/chz,slaw) were very generic and bland, 2 stars is really pushing it for this place! \r
