I have been a customer of Hastings for almost a decade now. In my most recent visit to the Hastings on Juan Tabo, I found the store to be a complete disaster area. The movies were poorly arranged with many copies on the floor or shuffled terribly on the shelves. After asking for assistance to help find the film I came looking for: I waited almost 20 minutes before asking for a manager. The manager never came to speak with me, instead another associate was very rude when I asked again to speak with a manger and made me feel as if my business was not important to them. I asked them to cancel my membership and will not return.
