I lived here for 18 months, it was a great place for me. I am single, I felt safe and the property is well kept.\r
The location is great! I did live across from the Day Care Center on the Property and it was never a problem, absolutely no noise trouble at all. The Manager Norma is very sweet and compassionate, if there is anything she can assist you with she will. She does go by the rules, but thats her job, to insure us all the equal rights of our tenancy. I had read a unfavorable review about her before I moved in but I took it into consideration and moved in anyway. I am so glad I did. I love the spacious back patios and fire place. If anything ever needed repair it was taken care of in a timely manner. Thank you Van Plaza Apartments and Norma !!\r
