Don't think of hiring this company, Ellen Hilla, manager is very unprofessional and disrespectful to homeowners in my building, Just call her and see for yourself how little tact she has. I live in a building with many senior citizens and she is so pushy and speaks so harshly that they are afraid of her. Too bad our association has no backbone and won't fire her, the association president now has to be a liason when we call management to facilitate communication. I think she gets away with it because of the age of the homeowners, and people from older generations are afraid of changes, but my neighbors feel the same as I do. At our association meetings, Ellen talks about residents that are not present in a negative, inappropriate way, she's awful. Check out Yahoo reviews of Countrywood.
