I have been staggering around trying to find ""the best place"" for me and my difficult hair. Well, look no further, Karen at East Bank Hair has done a fantastic job and also took me from 90% grey to a wonderful shade of vibrant, shiny auburn. I feel great and am told I look 10-15 years younger. Scott, the owner and a stylist as well has a lovely shop that just feels warm and friendly when you enter. The atmosphere is great, a wonderful staff and receptionist/shampooers are there at your beck and call. They offer coffee and tea while you have yourself taken care of by a very professional staff. East Bank is top rate in my book, try it you will agree, I am sure.
Pros: Great sylists, Jackie, at the desk (great shampooer!!) is wonderful and makes you feel at home.
Cons: there just aren't any - that I have found
