Being 6'5"" I have always struggled with posture and back/neck pain. I grew up going to my parents chiropractor because that is just where we went. They did an ok job, but now I know that it wasn't good enough. I had to go in at least once a week, if not more, to get adjusted because by back would start to hurt again. It was as I like to call it, a ""Band-Aid Fix."" After getting in an automotive accident one of my friends referred me to Dr. Oncken....and I have been thanking him ever since. It is a whole new experience at Oncken Chiropractic. His knowledge of why things happen and how to fix it astound me. I have not had one concern that he has not been able to ease, if not entirely eliminate the pain. My posture has improved substantially, and my overall wellness is the best it has been in a long time. Both Josh and his receptionist are such friendly and amazing people. It is all about customer satisfaction nowadays and these two set the bar. Although the commute is a little out of the way, it is worth it. To have the adjustment, traction, and massage all done at the same place saves me a lot of time with my busy schedule. I have, and will continue to recommend everyone I know to Dr. Oncken. I am a patient for life.
Pros: One stop shop. Friendly staff. Nice location. Ease of appointment time.
Cons: It would be nice if they had warm chocolate cookies and hot chocolate for me when I show up. Just Kidding.
