We've been dining, eating dinner and lunch in Bellevue restaurants for years, and in our opinion this is exactly what Bellevue needs more of - a great little, authentic bistro and cafe which are run by the owners and serve great food in a cool , authentic space and manner. We read the below review - Lubos was in Czech. for about 3 weeks and is back - he took 2 or 3 weeks off. We know he and his wife - great people. Love them. Highlights: sausage, cheese and salami plates, pates (goose liver), dinner menu, lunch, pork roast, chicken Montenegro, etc. Check it out - its great for a date, for an off the beaten path find, etc. And its a choice find for food you wouldn't regularly find elsewhere, perfect for rainy, cold Seattle evenings...

Cons: its a little small but we love that
