My shoes were not given to me on time. So when I went there the next day to pick them up, I was dissapointed. I paid extra to have the leather part of the heel fixed and it wasn't done. When I showed it to him, he got very upset and started to raise his voice. I told him to calm down yet he continued to raise his voice. He is a very very rude person and I would never go back there again.
