I purchased some glassware from Cooper's and after realizing it was the wrong size I tried to take it back for a simple exchange, less than 24 hours after the original purchase, and was denied. Like I said it was less than 24 hours, I had my receipt, the glass still had the pricetag sticker on it, and I was not asking for a return but simply an exchange. I was told that I could have taken it home and used it a thousand times and then cleaned it before bringing it back. The person at the counter obviously had no common sense and does not care about customer service. It's not too hard to find another shop in Kansas City and that's exactly what I recommend you do. The scumbag actually offered me a 10% discount on a new purchase and wanted me to buy something else. You've got to be kidding me.
